By downloading, accessing, or using any of our applications — including but not limited to CISSP Flash Cards, Security+ Flashcards, CEH Flash Cards, CISA Flash Cards, CISM Flash Cards, SSCP Flash Cards, Google Cybersecurity Flashcards, and any other educational apps published by TierOne Defense (collectively, "our Apps") — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using any TierOne Defense app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

TierOne Defense apps are mobile applications designed to help users study for professional certifications and career development through flashcards, quizzes, and progress tracking features. Each app focuses on a specific certification or professional credential.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• Each app offers free access to limited content
• Premium content requires a paid subscription
• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings

4. Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support directly through your purchase history or visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in TierOne Defense apps, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of TierOne Defense and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

6. Disclaimer

TierOne Defense apps are independent study tools and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any certification body, including but not limited to (ISC)², ISACA, CompTIA, EC-Council, or Google. All certification names, trademarks, and logos are the property of their respective owners.

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we make no guarantees regarding exam results. Success on any certification exam depends on many factors including your own study efforts and experience.

7. Limitation of Liability

TierOne Defense apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of any application.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of any app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. These Terms apply to all current and future apps published by TierOne Defense.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to any app at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
